You may submit the following requirements 1 to 3 days from unit reservation:

1. Signed Reservation Application (Completely filled-out)
2. Signed Computation Sheet
3. At least one (1) Primary ID or two (2) Secondary ID with photo with specimen signature:
   1.  (validity at least 3 months prior to expiry)
4. TIN ID or TIN declaration in the Reservation Application
5. Proof of Payment of Reservation Fee
6. Supplemental documents depending on the payment term chosen (if applicable)
